They did it on the Melbourne '78 show if I remember rightly... so maybe it's that? I think I remember seeing another DVD with random live clips (ie: not just from one concert) that featured Everyone's In Love With You as well and I think that was the same one. Also a possibility that it's from the Largo, Maryland show from early '77, but yeah, most likely it's from Australia since that was actually recorded for broadcast. Could mean that there's an iPod-ready file on the disc that you can just drag-and-drop without having to rip and convert the movie, while maintaining a standard DVD-quality video specifically for playback in DVD players.
