The very, very end of the show. ( A cops show set in the 70s. Actually a detective from today is somehow sent back in time, to the mid 70s )

I was just thinking '73 was a great time musically for the BBs (and I hadn't heard a really good song on that show) that it would be shame if they didn't use any of their music. What an excellent song and what a great voice. The apogee of his artistry? Hearing it unexpectedly and out of context was like a revelation even though I've always REALLY liked that song. Darn near got goose bumps! What I should have wrote was "that era", I just put 73 because that's the year it is on the show and most of their stuff from the early 70s gets overlooked by the masses. |
