If that's the case, I guess you'd just categorize him as a serious fan. He regularly posts on some of the other boards that eventually grew out of TSS. He's also a local musician, music writer and all-around pretty cool guy as far as I can tell. He was also married to Diablo Cody (of Juno fame), who also posted on Beach Boys boards and I believe wrote some liner notes for TLOS.
