Sometimes i think it was that they played such big places + played LOUD..The comment that you could only stretch 3 chords so far is..STUPID.. Im not gonna evan try to disprove that dumb statement..

In 1970 every member of the band were at the peak of their powers and I include Brian in that basically as well. By 1978 it was seriously foda'd up and maybe it was just the times. Who knows but we lost Dennis and Carl and Brian never quite got back to where they had been. Very sad.
