I would very much like to purchase a copy, but I can't find it for sale anywhere. Can anyone provide a link or something directing me to this book? I would be very grateful.

I think the only way you could find a copy would be through eBay (if someone wants to sell it, which is unlikely). If I were you, I'd wait for the updated version! :)

Were only a certain number of copies printed then, and that's why they're no longer sold? If this is so, then will his upcoming version be limited in number too, making it a first come first serve ..'till there all gone, situation?
