Title: MIU Promo Post by: punkinhead on January 28, 2008, 06:36:22 PM I came across a recording that has a 26 minute promo of MIU, a couple songs from concerts (Fun Fun Fun, Surfin USA, and You're So Beautiful), songs from the sessions (my diane, kona coast, pitter patter), and some unreleased stuff (at the time): Our Team and Mike Come Back to LA...my question, was this recording from a video or is it all just audio? if it's on video, does anyone have to upload (perhaps on youtube?)
Title: Re: MIU Promo Post by: MBE on January 28, 2008, 07:27:53 PM It's a video called Out Team. It's pretty good and was shown at a Beach Boys convention in 1979. I think it was an unsold TV special. Brian and Dennis seem in good shape in it.

Ever.

There's a bit in Endless Harmony, when Brian's in the studio with Carl, Marilyn & Diane and turns his back to the camera to smoke a ciggie. And Dennis singing "My Diane" in E! True Hollywood Story.
