Way back then 40 some years ago, before the web, blogs, celebrity TV news shows, etc LOTS of things were hidden or glossed over for commercial considerations. Think of how many actors and performers changed their names to hide their ethnic roots and other things. The world is so much more open now, it's almost unbelievable. He also founded a publishing company with Brian around that time. And then he sold Sea Of Tunes...
