It shows the backside of the CD, where all the credits are listed. "Surfin USA" is credited to only Chuck Berry and often "Mike Love- Brian Wilson" is used on most of the other stuff. The "cover" is the same as on the 3-disc european set, only of course in a different colour as you see.
