Brian Wilson has put his Beverly Hills mansion on the market for nearly $8.5 million. The 9,353 square foot house has six bedrooms and seven and-a-half bathrooms and is in the exclusive gated community of Mulholland Estates. Wilson and his wife Melinda bought the property in 1999. The property, which has a panoramic view of the San Fernando Valley, includes a living room and family room with a fireplace, a chefâ??s kitchen with two islands, butler's pantry and wetbar, master suite with a balcony, master bath with dual sink, water closet, vanity, spa tub and steam shower, a media room, office, maid's room, four-car garage, courtyard, pool and spa. Realestalker.blogspot.com posted that among Wilsonâ??s' neighbors on Clerendon Road include pop rocker Avril Lavigne, Loni Anderson, and Paul Anka, all of whom also have their homes on the market. Wilson contributed two tracks to the new album New Music From An Old Friend: Singer Songwriter Legends, which is available exclusively through Target stores. The collection features a new Wilson song, titled "What Love Can Do" which was co-written by Burt Bacharach, and a remake of the Beach Boys' 1966 classic, "God Only Knows." Other artists featured on the set include Carole King, Willie Nelson, Kenny Loggins, Paul Williams, and others. Wilson is currently working on his eighth solo studio set due out later this year. He will next perform on May 12th in Red Hook, New Jersey at the Count Basie Theatre. Title: Re: Brian already recording? One such story (with a thread on here somewhere) talks about how much of it has been done by him and Scott, primarily. I believe another story listed half a dozen or so song titles.
