10/63 - Runaround Lover/Summertime (the Gershwin number) 6/64 - Thinkin' 'Bout You Baby (proto- "Darlin'")/Story Of My Life Real name Sharon Marie Esparza, she was about 15/16 when she cut the songs. Great voice for a teenager - reminds me of Helen Shapiro. "Runaround Lover" could have been a Honeys track, it's got that feel. Great early BW productions, too. Yah, I had to fix the link ... but it plays. GREAT song, and her voice is optimo. Brass break doesn't seem to work with the song though... and those are the Blossoms on the background, definitely-- you can hear Darlene Love wailing away ! This should have been a chart stormer !
