Title: The Ukelale Post by: Mr. President on November 12, 2006, 03:39:01 PM I'm curious how often the ukelale has been used in popular music, besides Tiny Tim. Also this was apparently George Harrison's favorite instrument. Let's show some love for this underdog instrument.

I 've played "Stairway to heaven" and "Freebird" on a ukelele to the delight of my friends. It's all in the arrangement.

Yeah I agree, I performed will a band last fall and they had a ukelele and brings so much to a group. Heck of a band too I might add, I played tenor sax with them.
