Dunno if the Carl one is out there. Whomever is controlling his estate seems to have zero interest in making these things available in any form. I doubt they ever sold a ton (they weren't cheap for barebones SD DVDs), but I think if the estate took all of them, crammed them all on one Blu-ray in SD, they could get some people to buy it.
