never heard about this show before- says they were planning a columbia album and movie...............wheres the tapes? I remember this quite well, from reading about it at the time. The show never happened, as it was cancelled for some reason. But I believe The Beach Boys all had commemorative jackets made celebrating the concert, and were photographed wearing them. I believe that had something to do with it. Could be wrong though. The story was on the front page of the SF Chronicle with a photo of the Boys at a press conference.
