Title: 'In My Room' on American Idol this week Post by: Summertime Blooz on May 05, 2020, 10:48:23 AM Sophia James sang 'In My Room' from her home on this week's American Idol. I didn't love the the changes she made to it, turning it into more of a show tune. I get that she was attempting to inject some more dynamics and drama into it to make it more up-to-date which might work for a larger audience. At least I appreciate the good taste she showed in her song selection. The young lady has shown she has a charming voice on previous installments.
