I'm talking about the 3 LP ST9002 one. Complete with poster, session worksheets and above all else a beautiful replica of the booklet. The whole package cost me about $50.00.

(about $32), without the booklet (at the time as far as I know it wasn't released with the replica-booklet, but I got that one recently as well).
