Parts of it are interesting, and I disagree with AGD in that some of it is nicely written and evocative. It seems a bit scrappy, though. I get annoyed with books that have only b&w photos - it feels unfinished.

There are bits and pieces of this book which do add something to the understanding of the man who was Dennis Wilson. Title: Re: Adam Webb Dumb Angel Post by: c-man on August 22, 2006, 10:33:10 AM It's not a bad book by any means. Most annoying though are the simple typos.
One other thing I don't like is Webb's insistence that Dennis' return to the drums in late '74 is what "killed" him as an artist. His opinion, of course, but clearly with the impending emergence of "POB", this wasn't the case... Craig |
