Yes, I'm aware that $50k is the figure that gets reported, but where does that number originate? I tried making my own estimate, but it ended up in the hundreds of thousands, which seems way too high. I've also seen a contemporary magazine ad that states the single took $10k. And Brian has said it's $25k and $75k on different occasions.

In this video Van Dyke says 65k as well. But I would love to have the exact number. |
