It looks like a listing for the A&E Biography episode from 1999, which was titled "A Beach Boy's Tale." It looks like that IMDB page simply mistakenly has the "I Just Wasn't Made for These Times" artwork attached. This is the actual doc:

Was also the first appearance of that Daddy Dear song that perplexed so many of us in regards to Brian vs Al (for the record, it WAS Brian doing the majority of it, although you can hear Al singing along in parts in the background)

I believe I have recorded this on vhs. I haven’t watched it in awhile. Doesn’t this begin with Brian playing and singing God Only Knows at his piano?

Does anyone happen to have the VHS tape that A&E sold for a short time in 1999 and the early 2000s of the broadcast version of their "Biography" of BW? There are copies on Youtube but they are from perhaps not the best sources.

Was kind of hoping someone out there had the "official" VHS of it that would be suitable for making a digital copy?

PM me if you are just such a person.

Check the very top of the page. It should tell you if you have any PMs.

I don't think my PM went through properly. I just decided to e-mail instead. I hope that's okay.
