Title: I'm Wondering If This Was An Intentional Joke by Brian? Post by: Rick5150 on July 30, 2017, 04:16:21 AM Brian caps off this interview (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/thinking-man/beach-boys-brian-wilson-dont-like-think-gone-long/), with a great response. I love his sense of humor because it is often so deadpan. But do you think it was intentional? I read that he was a good baseball player, but still... and he had the beard first.
Quote Today, Brian lives a sober and settled life in Beverly Hills with Melinda and their children, aged between seven and 20. He starts a typical day "by watching the morning news" before going to the deli for breakfast. "I can usually get myself calm with a good walk... Some days I find my way back up to the piano." I wonder what would he have liked to have been, if he not a musician? He muses, "I would have been a baseball player, you know." Title: Re: I'm Wondering If This Was An Intentional Joke by Brian? I don't imagine that Brian could even conceive of being anything other than a musician and composer. It would be like asking a dog what it would be if it couldn't be a dog. It's all academic.
