Smiley Smile is definitely one of my favorite BB albums, and being the 50th anniversary I thought they would release something. So far I've only seen the 1967 Sunshine Tomorrow release announced (can't wait to pick it up) and Wild Honey 180G Reissue (can't wait to pick this up either). I know a lot of people, including the band, push aside Smiley Smile as something they could live without in the catalog, but I think I can speak for most people saying that this would be something great to have, especially exposing the kids in my generation to the greatness that is that time period in Beach Boys history. This was released last year - 200g if memory serves. It sounds fantastic (as do others from this reissue programme). There is also a mono. Coupled with the Smiley outtakes on the upcoming Sunshine Tomorrow CD, I think you're covered for Smiley Smile's 50th! Title: Re: Will there be a Smiley Smile 180G Vinyl Reissue?
