Title: Summer of Love tour Post by: CenturyDeprived on May 13, 2017, 01:46:56 PM Being that this is the 50th anniversary of the famous summer of love, as well as the 25th anniversary of the song of the same name, I don't understand why Mike and Bruce don't make a tour based on this concept. People all around the world in every nation like to get together for an exciting Summer of Love tour!
After all, it's not every band that can tour for two separate anniversaries at once. 50th and 25th. They are really missing out if they don't take advantage of this. Title: Re: Summer of Love tour Post by: Juice Brohnston on May 14, 2017, 08:16:06 AM Mike may activate your concept, but he's no fool
First he'll get you on the beach or in a swimming pool Doing unto others is the Golden Rule But Summer of Love live would be so very cruel :afro :-D Title: Re: Summer of Love tour Post by: SMiLE Brian on May 14, 2017, 08:41:38 AM Brilliant! :lol

I'm not comparing it to the early output or the idiosyncratic material that was to follow. But I dig the '85-92 stuff. And Summer of Love is very catchy in it's own cringeworthy way.
Now a Summer of Love tour is a great idea, for a group of performers from the era to package something and market it properly. Title: Re: Summer of Love tour Post by: Cabinessenceking on May 14, 2017, 02:49:51 PM IT'S A LOVE THANG
