Some of you probably know these guys from their Beach Boys covers. Album out now....really great stuff I think.

Listen to some tracks here -  https://theflatfivechicago.bandcamp.com/ (https://theflatfivechicago.bandcamp.com/) or whole album on Spotify.

Really like what I've heard.  Includes a member or members of the new NRBQ.

Very nice indeed, sir, particularly "Almond Grove". Great lyrics too!

"I guess I could wake up on an old tin stove
Aunt Jemima looking down at me
I guess I could wake up in an almond grove
Fifty thousand nuts up in a tree"

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the Decemberists a couple summers ago, and the three female singers from the Flat Five were doing the background vocals.
