I would love to get my hands on these and even profit money if BRI dont release these! So what can we do with these songs if BRI don't release them because they will be in public domain.
There are a bunch of takes, instrumental and the full song finished out there! Other than that, they could personally be two of the most uninteresting, throwaway Beach Boys studio recordings in circulation, IMO.

My guess is that since they are cover songs that were essentially performed by Dick Reynolds that BRI didn't see the cost/benefit to releasing it. Plus, quite frankly, those recordings are not very good!
