Title: Good Vibrations: coda cello timing sounds off Post by: Mooger Fooger on June 17, 2016, 01:03:42 PM I picked up the PS 50 multi disc set, and there it was: the end of Good Vibrations has the solo cello and theramin, but the timing sounds sloppy. Is this an alternate take replacing a lost snippet? I could find no mention of it anywhere. If you listen to the 45 version, it is on time and punchy, the re-issue stereo mixes etc are not?

My gut-feeling is that it's some sort of alternative take. Could anyone confirm this? If not, than it's definitely a sloppy edit. |
