here are the basic stems, just drums, bass, and the melody such as it is. Unmixed, and unsynced! When doing this, we actually did the beat first, then added the bass part, then wrote the melody. I would suggest altering the drum beat at least a bit at some point to give it a a little more variation. I should know since I've gotten the same critique on a song of mine!
