Title: Neil and The Shocking Pinks...Guitar
Post by: Juice Brohnston on March 05, 2016, 04:27:27 PM
Hey, any Neil fans out there know what type of guitar Young has on the cover of his Everybody's Rockin' LP.? it has a history with him going back at least to the mid seventies. Volumes have been written on many of Neil's instruments (Old Black, Hank, etc) but I have never been able to find much info on this one.

Cheers

I will reinstate my answer once you've apologized for your cheapskate remark in Rocky's thread...

Not to Rocky. I was thinking more of Marilyn...

Forget it----I over-reacted (happens). This is my original post:

Found this (source (http://www.neilyoung.dk/?page_id=6)):

[Bought] 1974 D’Angelico New Yorker (arch-top acoustic, sunburst) CSNY, “Everybody’s Rockin’” Hand built by John D’Angelico in the 1930′s. Only about 300 ever made.
