Title: Brian's Bed Post by: Juice Brohnston on February 05, 2016, 03:30:25 PM So what happened to this bed. Aside from being one of the biggest beds I have seen, it's a huge part of history. This thing should be in the Smithsonian!

It was in the guest bedroom in her home on Sunset Blvd when I visited in 2012. I actually laid down in it! She and Daniel have since moved to Woodland Hills to be nearer to Carnie and Wendy, and I'm sure the bed went with them.

I'm guessing the crate was about 6 feet by 6 feet, so maybe the window was 5 feet by 5 feet?

Honestly, I think it may have only been a Queen or Queen Extra Long... The massive carved headboard did make it seem bigger than it actually was. The guest bedroom was rather small, and I don't think a King would have fit in it. My wife and I sleep in a Queen wooden sleigh bed, and I'd say it was similar in width. Mikie swears he saw a bench with "California Girls" when he visited the house in 1976.
