Late June or early July, 1990...the Boys were on tour in Canada without Mike, who rejoined them for the Fourth concert in Cape Cod. I remember later being frustrated that I had seen Brian with the Beach Boys and wasn't really aware of the significance, something I would've killed to see in those years following. Eventually I got a tape of the show, and was amazed that they had done "California" that that day.
The only thing that sticks out about the show was John Stamos came out front during Surfer Girl and slow danced with someone, who I think was Paula Abdul!
