Title: Re: I Hope You Dance: The Power and Spirit of Song Post by: HeyJude on November 27, 2015, 08:26:22 AM What an odd (but obviously not without merit on an individual story basis) premise for a "documentary", and weirder that it aired on the "Hallmark Movies & Mysteries" channel instead of the main channel.
As for Brian's GOK rendition, a myriad of documentaries and TV features always like to use a little snippet of Brian performing it. While the original recording can't be bettered, it would be nice to have *one* of these versions in full (though perhaps Brian has done short versions for cameras). In particular, I've long hoped for an expanded, remastered/restored version of the IJWMFTT documentary that includes a longer version of the Carl/Brian/Audree version of the song.
