Title: Love and Mercy - "film of the year" Post by: The Shift on November 20, 2015, 10:32:59 AM Mojo magazine has named Love and Mercy as its film of the year. New issue has a nice and sympathetic one-page interview with Brian and Melinda, and a sizeable pic of Pet Sounds era Brian in the studio on its contents page. Nothing new, but a fine accolade.

I hope everyone understands how beneficial an award would be to both Brian and Mike and the whole BBs legacy. It's not like they made any of the Beach Boys look bad...just one more pragmatic than the others. This is a class-act film with real, Oscar-winning/nominated/contender people. This is a first, as it isn't a documentary, and I keep seeing new BB fans come out of it.
