Title: Let's rank the Beach Boys members by how many hit songs they helped write Post by: stack-o-tracks on July 24, 2015, 11:41:58 PM Brian Wilson is in first, obviously. He's the man, he's got the biggest fan club, he writes the songs. He writes the songs.
Then we have Mike Love coming in at a sorta close second with those hooky hooks he wrote. Then we everybody else and things get a little hazy, probably not even worth ranking their order. Thoughts? Discussting? Title: Re: Let's rank the Beach Boys members by how many hit songs they helped write Post by: RiC on July 25, 2015, 12:15:44 AM Al would be third. After that, I can't say ::)

Title: Re: Let's rank the Beach Boys members by how many hit songs they helped write Post by: Rob Dean on September 19, 2015, 04:37:49 AM Al's Cottonfields is a cover(nothing new there with Al), therefore I would place Bruce in third considering the number of covers of 'I Write The Songs' and 'Disney Girls' and also a hit with 'Beach Girl' by Pat Boone.
If we were talking annual royalties for writting/co-writting it is possibly (in my eyes) Brian/Mike/Bruce/Dennis/Al/Carl.
