He's not credited - or presumably paid - as he wasn't supposed to be there, contractually speaking. Bruce is there too but he wasn't in the band at the time. Brian produced, played keyboards on and sang bvs on the basic track for "Be My Baby" on LBWL, again uncredited. Both Brian and Carl reportedly sang bvs on the Rumbo single.
