Title: Help Me, Rhonda Intro and Outro.
Post by: branaa09 on April 12, 2015, 06:41:55 PM
I have always loved this song since I was a kid and I love the sessions behind the song. I have always wondered though
how are those paadings, paadings played? What I mean is the part before Billy and Carl's Guitars come in after Al Jardine sings. I know it's Brian and Carl but how are they playing it?

Here are Brian's Piano Parts roughly isolated from the 2012 Stereo Extraction

Could it be some aspect of the live-feed overdubs mentioned on this page? It sounds like vocals to me:

Just a thought...

If you're wondering what notes they play in those parts...perhaps the June issue of "Guitar World" will answer that question (at least in terms of the guitar parts)!
