Title: #1 on Amazon
Post by: Awesoman on April 07, 2015, 04:43:06 PM
No Pier Pressure finds itself at the top of Amazon's best seller list.  I'm actually curious as to how it will chart.  There were a few surprise number 1 albums on Billboard last year including Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and "Weird Al" Yankovic, so who knows how Brian's album will fare...

Yeeeeaaaahh… amazon uk had sold out and wasn't shipping my November order any time soon. Delighted for BW, but this consumer cancelled.

As of right now (830 pm Eastern time), NPP is #2 on Amazon's list. The #1 record is Before This World, James Taylor's album which is still two months away from release. Interestingly, NPP is listed at #1 in Amazon's Rock and Pop categories, which raises the question of what genre Taylor's record belongs to.  I guess that'd be Bald Guy Music.

Bumped by James Taylor but probably not for too long, I guess that's just a rush of James Taylor fans pre-ordering his new album.

Keep in mind that's just physical copies.  It's #23 in digital downloads.  #33 on iTunes.
