Title: Favorite Stak O' Vocals Post by: donald on June 09, 2006, 08:18:07 AM Just listened to California Girls, vocals only, on the Sessions disc of the box set.
I had forgotten just how fantastic that sounds...how amazing they really are........and the vocals only track of WIBN would have been worthy of release all on its own WITHOUT the backing track. I don't know about the rest of you, but there are days when I hear this stuff with fresh ears and it is just so beautiful I can't find the words to describe it. Simply amazing. After that, would probably be Wouldn't It Be Nice. There were vocal elements to that song that I never knew were there until I heard the Stak O'Vocals version. PMcC, are you saying you have heard a vocals only mix of Susie Cinncinati and It's OK or just that you like the group vocals? I would love to hear these sans music! I guess it would help to read the heading before I type away. No, I have not heard vocals only of "Susie" and "OK", but that would be strictly awesome..not too many mid to late BB tracks made it to vocals only status, huh?
