So I was checking my email, you see? Look at the number of messages received. Shortly after viewing this, Windows crashed and I had to reboot, but not before I took a screencap. Hope this isn't an omen....

Since this number keeps coming up (i.e. 6-6-06), let me reassure you that there is nothing satanic about that number itself.  Greek numbers didn't have their own numeral a la Arabic numbers like we use.  Think Roman numbers where letters are used to fill in, except that every letter gets a number assigned to it (i.e. alpha =1, beta=2, etc.).  First off, that's why Greek engineering never took off -- it was too tough to do complex math that way.  Second off, "666" refers to words you could form with letters adding up to 666.  This almost certainly was what was meant by that number.  No one now knows for sure what word was intended but there are several candidates.  So don't let that number throw you...

It is supposidly the mark of the beast or something to that effect...I have a bible around here but couldn't locate it for reference, it's supposidly mentioned in Revelations.  I saw something about this on a documentary on the Davinci Code.

Right -- except that the number described in Revelation is almost certainly a symbol for a name instead of a literal number.  It is most definitely mentioned but widely misunderstood.

 No, I missed that one..... *edit* when I first read your post, I thought it read  "was it the one where Jack and Rexella Van Impe put out"  :o :o....didn't see that one either.

It was on the history channel, it broke the davinci code down and took you to the places the book mentions, it was kinda cool, the theories really made me stop and think.

and if you draw a line from bathroom to bathroom on a map of the pentagon, you will have several pentagrams.  wow, that is alot of toilet paper! SO that is where our taxes go!  Down the toilet  :lol
