Post by: LeeDempsey on January 12, 2015, 01:35:05 PM I think I read that there are a few labels in the EU that are trying to skirt copyright laws by saying that their releases are captures of sound waves from their stereo equipment, and therefore not reproduction of the copyrighted master tapes. They assert that the tics and pops make them a new musical work... :-\
