Title: Christmas Dinner Post by: MaryUSA on December 21, 2014, 09:42:14 AM Hi all,
What are all of you having on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for dinner? On Christmas Eve I will have surf & turf, lobster tail and filet mignon, with eggplant as a side. If the soup of the day is good I will get that also. On Christmas Day I will have roast beef, mashed potatoes and corn. I don't like to break tradition during Thanksgiving and Christmas. For Christmas, it's a spiral honey glazed ham dinner for me (and some turkey if you want). Steak, lobster, and roast beef are for another time. Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, Eggplant, Lima Beans?. Nope, not for me.
