Title: Creating a concept album from the entire discography Post by: stack-o-tracks on December 18, 2014, 12:30:02 AM I've been thinking it would be kind of cool to create a "concept album" from all the material of The Beach Boys and all related solo albums about their rise & fall, and careers & lives and whatnot. Or whatever. I don't know.
I haven't really thought a lot about it, but I'd include "Hold On, Dear Brother", "Lay Down Burden", and some of the "life suite" from the "That's Why God Made The Radio" album. Maybe include "Dreamer" from "Pacific Ocean Blues" about the collapse of "SMiLE". You know, "and the band, keeps on playing". What else? A running order? Do my work from me, help me avoid having to think.
