I've only got enough hard drive space on my Samsung Galaxy S4 to have the songs I really listen to on my phone. From the Surf's Up album I've got Long Promised Road, Feel Flows & 'Til I Die. Yesterday I noticed I hadn't listened to these songs in several weeks before I started my 15-20 minute drive, so I played 'em. Later that evening, this thread with the image of the image used on that album cover shows up in a new thread on this site. Then tonight, of all nights, I end up drinking way too much with some people and end up at this apartment they just moved into. Their roommates have this thing, not quite a statue, not quite a decorative plate, with the same image. Same colors (silver & bronzeish) and everything. We smoked a spliff before I noticed so I was way to weirded out to take a picture to show all my SmileySmile friends, but it's hella strange to me how all this Surf's Up imagery showed up in my life in the last 30 hours.....
