I thought his and Ade Edmondson's work on Bottom was the funniest British comedy of all time. I've used a line from the show in my avtar for the last year or so now. RIP you sad, small penised git.

If BW is my musical hero, Rik was my comedy hero. Grew up with him. Had entire scripts of the Young Ones and Dangerous Brothers memorised. Huge part of my life.
