Title: New Song: Christmas Goose
Post by: the captain on January 25, 2014, 10:23:25 AM
A little late for the season, but this is my new song and recording, "Christmas Goose." The link is to the mp3 or mp4a or AAC or whatever the f*** Apple is doing these days. Merry fucking Christmas.  ;D http://www.sendspace.com/file/kmkupe

You should use Soundcloud.

I wasn't really seeking advice. You're welcome not to download and not to listen if you find it a chore.

I downloaded it. But I guess most people won't.

It's fitting for the song.

Nice but am sure it's due to liking generally Christmas music.

As usual, this is a quality stuff. Charming tiny tune with lots of key changes, it's maybe the 1st Christmas song with no orchestra & ringing guitars. Only voice, piano & minimum of bass. My fave mo' is the choir starting off on "When you wish upon a star..." (dig the Disney reference), claps, then the melody turns darkish & ends on collective "Waaaahhh". In other words, thanks for the download! (Btw, I often play your back catalog, their loss who didn't catch it 1st time around)

Thank you, I appreciate that. (Your comment on the instrumentation is just slightly off: there is an acoustic guitar in the middle section, too.)
