Title: Live @ NYC Subway Station Post by: seltaeb1012002 on January 06, 2014, 12:20:31 AM What's up guys! Happy New Year to u all. Been a while since I posted anything here. The other day a friend of mine and I went out and played a few songs @ a few subway stations here in NYC. It was the first time I ever really sang in front of random people. It was nerve wracking as hell! But after 1 or 2 songs I realized it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Here's the footage - hope u dig it!

You should have sung Looking Back With Love as well. I don't know if they could've handled that greatness... Title: Post by: zachrwolfe on January 08, 2014, 06:10:55 AM
Title: Re: Live @ NYC Subway Station Post by: rab2591 on January 08, 2014, 08:30:57 AM Oops, just realized I wrote greasy instead of great. I'll blame it on my phone and autocorrect. I thought it was some new teenage slang :lol @seltaeb1012002: are you going to venture further into unplugged vocal/acoustic-only production? I'd really like to see more stuff like this from you. I also thought it was slang, haha. Now that I got my feet wet playing in front of people, I definitely wanna at least do more live acoustic stuff around the city. Before I do that I need to get some business cards printed. With pretty much nothing to hand out, I still got contacted by people via Facebook who saw me there. Pretty wild! Apparently there's no better promotion than face to face interaction. As far as studio production...I have another album coming out in Japan in February which will be my standard R&B stuff. Oddly enough, as my R&B persona starts to pick up in Japan, artistically I'm pretty much over that style and am looking to do more edgy uplifting pop/rock/acoustic stuff, maybe not too dissimilar to the vibe of the song I posted here. Still trying to figure it all out, lol... Title: Re: Live @ NYC Subway Station Post by: rab2591 on January 08, 2014, 11:57:05 AM Glad to hear you're gaining popularity!
