Title: Books Brian Wilson Read Pre-1967? Post by: rab2591 on December 19, 2013, 09:37:39 AM Arthur Koestler's The Act Of Creation is the only one to come to mind. There's also a picture of him holding the book 'Psycho-Cybernetics' - though not sure if he actually read it.
I guess he also read poetry (William Wordsworth) My heart leaps up when I behold A rainbow in the sky: So was it when my life began; So is it now I am a man; So be it when I shall grow old, Or let me die! The Child is father of the Man; I could wish my days to be Bound each to each by natural piety. Anyone know what other books Brian was into pre-1967, even before The Beach Boys were formed?
