Title: Sinatra recorded "You and I"?
Post by: Gregg on November 21, 2013, 02:28:16 PM
Forgive me if this is common knowledge (could not find any mention of it here after doing a search), but while perusing allmusic.com I found a Dennis Wilson composer credit on a Framk Sinatra album!

Has anybody heard this or even heard of it? Strikes me as rather bizarre.

Funny how Brian wrote a tune with the intention of having Sinatra record it, yet Sinatra apparently chose one of Dennis's songs.

Another one shows that it is by Meridith Willson, I think it is a different song:

Doh!

Sorry, I had no audio when I initially posted. Looks like allmusic screwed up the song credit.

(now returning to lurker mode)  :-[
