The program on Vox "100 Songs, die die welt Bewegt" features a segment on the BBs and Brian. Their segment will air around 22:00 - I know because I have prepped the program for tomorrow. Features GV session film and a bit of their history.

Looks like I'll have to program my hard drive recorder. How come you prepped it?

I work for the channel and am in charge of Programvorbereitung this week. Also the GV segs are in HD. They look good.

Not really. About 15 minutes of history about GV, Pet Sounds, the rise and fall of the Wilson brothers. The show features the Jacksons, Oasis, Lena, BBs etc and is about family groups tonight. The main attraction is the HD GV footage which looks beautiful.

Just watched it. Pretty accurate except for a few math (!) problems like stating Brian was 24 when Pet Sounds came out and stuff. None of the long purported myths were included. :)

The interesting thing was that Brian was translated as claiming he was wanting to give up Good Vibrations for good and the other boys encouraged him to go on. I can't hear what he really says under the German voice over so I can't tell if Brian invented another story or the translator got him wrong.

It was 7 minutes, actually, not 15. Nice watch anyway. :)

And as a special treat Vox will feature around 25 seconds of River Song on the spielfilm "Marly und Ich" which starts at 20:15 October 24.
