I'd love to check this set out, but with the MIC set, an upcoming Who box set, and an upcoming cd/dvd of Jimi Hendrix at Miami 1968, my wallet isn't big enough.

What a great set. The Band really were cookin'. I'm glad that these shows are finally getting an official release. Great stuff all around.

Yeah, that's why I am getting opinions. I have Before The Flood and The Last Waltz. I was wondering if these versions would be redundant. It sounds like a great boxed set, though. There is a very inexpensive 2 CD abridged version available; maybe I'll go that route.

Its a great set, nothing beats the band in its prime.

This is just an updated, expanded Rock of Ages, right? Sure seems like, for a Band that didn't tour a lot in their prime, that The Band has a lot of live stuff out.
