Can anyone tell me who's doing the falsetto on these? There are a couple of audience recordings from that year and on all I have heard the band sounds much better than on the professional recorded Michigan shows. But of course you can't really compare them because of the difference in soundquality. The unfortunate thing about the Michigan shows is they were near the very beginning of a tour (second & third dates after a 20-day layoff). The Japan, Denmark, France, and England shows that ciruclate from '66 were all either performed after they'd had the chance to "warm up" a bit on the road, or after a much shorter break. Pity they didn't record one of the Euro shows for release.
