Title: Deep Cuts
Post by: Chocolate Shake Man on July 14, 2013, 07:20:00 AM
I know that this crowd has their favourite unheralded tracks from major artists. I'm sure we've talked about them in other threads before but I thought it might be interesting to get a bunch here in the same place. I feel I will start off by looking at specific artists and giving examples of songs that I think are great but are largely unknown to the general public or unplayed on mainstream radio. So here we go with two:

Donovan - Celeste
Hi, It's Been A Long Time
What A Beautiful Creature You Are

The Kinks - I Need You
                 Come On Now
                 Sittin' On My Sofa
                 Afternoon Tea
                 Animal Farm

Bob Dylan - The Man In The Long Black Coat
Willie Nelson - Still Is Still Moving To Me
Johnny Cash - I Hung My Head
Frank Sinatra - Forget To Remember
The Kinks - God's Children
Jan & Dean - You're Blowin' My Mind
Paul McCartney - Little Willow
Slade - I Won't Let It 'Appen Agen
