Title: is there a stereo 'little girl i once knew'? Post by: bringahorseinhere? on July 13, 2013, 02:33:47 PM I was checking out the back cover for MIC.... and noticed they are using a mono mix for this song...
do they not have the multitrack available for a stereo remix? or was this one of those songs where Brian was still adding final parts while doing the master take to mono? Some good attempts, though - check out seltaeb's version he did about a week ago. Brian recorded over some of the TLGIOK session tapes during one of his "fun" sessions. On some one of the SOT volumes you can hear the bleedthrough a bit.

Thanks for the info..... what a darn shame! it would be a great track to hear 'opened' up like the Pet Sounds stereo remixes by Linett....... Heartbreaking to hear that.... Thanks for the reply man... RickB Title: Re: is there a stereo 'little girl i once knew'? Post by: EgoHanger1966 on July 13, 2013, 02:54:27 PM Don't fret it. Here's seltaeb's original link to his mix. (Mods: hopefully this is cool?). It's pretty good, you'll enjoy it.

In some ways, sounds even better; I like the unequally-balanced structure that you did on it.http://www.sendspace.com/file/v8c0tl |
